There are many opportunities to boost your confidence and self esteem. Speak in front of the class. Perform a difficult pattern. Earn a new belt. Share your knowledge by teaching others. Learn to overcome your fears and achieve success in a positive and nurturing environment.
Your entire body, from your fingers to your toes, receive training in Taekwondo. Increase cardiovascular fitness, improve flexibility, coordination, reflexes, and control weight. The sport even offers stress relief and diminishes headaches and chronic pain.

Peace of Mind
All classes are beginner friendly, non-contact, and in a safe and fun environment.
We are pleased to be offering taekwondo classes once again. The winter/spring session is from January 10th to April 25th. Membership fees are $525 for the 3-month, winter/spring session. The taekwondo uniform is mandatory and can be purchased for $75.
